Last updated: April 30, 2026

QueueFlow (a product of Gooder Apps) helps prom shops, bridal boutiques, and formal wear retailers manage their fitting queues. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We try to be straightforward about it — if anything is unclear, please email support@gooderapps.com.

1. Scope and Roles

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you visit our website (queuemanager.app), use the QueueFlow mobile or web application, or otherwise interact with the Service.

For information about shop staff and account owners ("you" in this policy), QueueFlow acts as a data controller.

For information about your customers (people who check in or are added to a queue at a shop using QueueFlow), QueueFlow acts as a data processor on behalf of the shop. The shop is the data controller for that customer data and is responsible for obtaining any necessary consents and providing notice to its customers.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Information from third parties

If you connect a third-party integration (Shopify, BridalLive, etc.), we receive customer records, contact details, and related metadata from that platform on your behalf.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Data (your customers' data) to advertise to your customers or to train any general-purpose AI model.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, our legal bases for processing personal data include:

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below:

CategoryWhy we share
Service providers Hosting, database, email delivery, error tracking, payment processing, and similar vendors that process data on our behalf under written confidentiality and security obligations.
Twilio To deliver SMS messages you choose to send from your shop, and to receive inbound replies.
Connected integrations (e.g., Shopify, BridalLive) To exchange data with platforms you have connected, using the credentials you supply.
Payment processor To process subscription payments. Card information is handled by the processor and is not stored on QueueFlow servers in full.
Legal and safety If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety of our users, our company, or others.
Business transfers In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or insolvency, in which case we will use reasonable efforts to require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
With your direction Anywhere else you direct us, such as exporting your data.

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you enable a third-party integration, that platform's privacy practices apply to the data shared with them. Please review the relevant policies:

You can disconnect any integration at any time from within the Service. Disconnecting may disable related features.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

If your shop enables SMS, message content, recipient phone numbers, and timestamps are stored so that conversations can be displayed in the Service and so that messages can be delivered through Twilio.

If you are a customer who received a text from a shop using QueueFlow, you can reply STOP to opt out of further messages from that shop. We never use your contact details to send marketing messages of our own — only the shop you interacted with does.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received through SMS.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are essential to the Service:

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels in the application.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the Service. After account closure, we may keep certain data for a reasonable period for backups, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement of our agreements, after which we will delete or anonymize it.

Queue data is partitioned by date so that historical records remain available to you for analytics and reporting unless you delete them.

10. Security

We use a combination of technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authority in accordance with applicable law.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to local law, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email support@gooderapps.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are an end customer of a shop, please contact the shop directly — they control your data, and we will assist them as needed.

12. California Residents

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

13. International Users

QueueFlow is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

14. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact support@gooderapps.com and we will delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice by email or in-app banner. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
