Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from inside the app.
Open Settings → QR Check-in inside the app. Each shop and each location gets its own check-in URL and QR code. Print the QR, place it at your front desk or on tablets, and customers can check themselves in by scanning it — no app required.
Premium shops can use white-label branding so the check-in page shows your logo and colors.
Yes. From Settings → Integrations you can connect your Shopify store (using your store URL and Admin API access token) or BridalLive account (using your retailer ID and API key). Once connected, customer records can be searched, imported, and synced automatically when customers check in.

QueueFlow uses Twilio to send and receive text messages. Once you connect your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and a phone number under Settings → SMS, you can text customers in the queue and they can text back.
You are responsible for following SMS messaging rules in your area, including obtaining consent from customers and honoring opt-outs (replying STOP, etc.). See our Terms for details.
Yes. QueueFlow is multi-location from day one. From Settings → Locations you can add as many stores as you need. Each location has its own queue, staff list, fitting rooms, and check-in URL, but they all live under one shop account so you can switch between them with a single tap.
QueueFlow performs a daily reset. Each queue entry is tagged with the date it was created, so today's queue automatically rolls over to history at midnight. You can browse past days in the History tab and analyze trends in Analytics.
Open Settings → Subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. If you have trouble cancelling, email support@gooderapps.com and we'll take care of it for you.
Yes. Email support@gooderapps.com and we'll send you an export of your shop's queue history, customer records, and account data in a standard format (CSV or JSON). We aim to deliver exports within five business days.
Yes. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored using bcrypt one-way hashing — even we can't read them. We follow least-privilege practices on the backend and keep our infrastructure patched.

Common things to set up when you're getting started.
Go to Settings → Staff or Fitting Rooms. Each can be assigned to a specific location or shared shop-wide.
Choose a color scheme in Settings → Appearance. Premium shops can also upload a logo and brand colors for white-label customer pages.
Customers tap your QR code, enter their name and event details, and they appear instantly in your Checked In column.
Move customers from Checked In → Fitting Room → Checkout as they progress through their visit. Average service time is tracked automatically.
Filter by date range to see traffic patterns, average wait time, busiest stylists, and conversion through each pipeline stage.
Settings → Appearance → Dark Mode. Each color scheme has a matching dark variant designed for low-light fitting rooms.
